Justine is a business solutions expert, specialising in the use of analytics to help solve business problems. Justine now specialises in IBM’s Smarter Workforce solutions, with experience in architecting multi vendor solutions to meet business challenges.

Having worked across multiple industries and multiple business areas, Justine understands the impact that applying analytics across the business can have on bottom line results. Being able to combine data from across business silos, not just traditional HR data, allows businesses to understand the connection between revenue results and employees. For example, the effect of employee turnover on sales results, or the connection between employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Understanding these connections and their bottom line impact allows HR practitioners align their strategy and initiatives to overall business strategy, and helps organisations drive results.

Justine holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, as well as Bachelors Degrees in Accounting and Computing.

I am an in-house software developer for Jord International, a Global Engineering company founded in Sydney, Australia.

I joined Jord International at the start of 2006 after completing my Bachelor of Computing and Information Systems degree.
Since joining Jord my colleagues and I have developed a suite of Notes/Domino applications which support the day-to-day operations of the company around the globe.

I first become aware of XPages in 2012, and after gaining 6 years experience on Notes/Domino development, the introduction of XPages to the Domino platform was a good opportunity to develop some new skills.
Since 2012 we have begun migrating/recreating our Domino applications to the XPages platform with a focus on using Java as much as possible.

I am interested in development practices that are becoming standard such as Source Control and Build Automation. | Facebook | LinkedIn | lguiriga
